The Sand building is located on the sea. It has:

A small double room with kitchenette, bathroom, balcony on the sea.

Two two-room apartments.

One room includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchenette and a bunk bed.

The other two room includes a bedroom with bathroom, living room with sofa bed, extra bathroom, dining room with kitchenette.
